Currency TradingCurrency is also traded just like all other commodities but its form differs. Currency Trading is the exchange of one currency with another and currency trading market is known to be the largest trading industry .Currently, Currency trading has developed with an increase of trading activities that’s why foreign currency markets today are more active than ever before.

The term Currency trading refers to the buying and selling of currency on the foreign exchange market. People or Traders perform this so that they can make money from those transactions. These transactions involve two different sets of currencies, which are often recognized as pairs. 7 pairs in currency trading are mainly commonly used and traded.

  1. Euro vs. Dollar
  2. Dollar vs. Japanese yen
  3. British pound vs. Dollar
  4. Dollar vs. Swiss franc
  5. Australian dollar vs. Dollar
  6. Dollar vs. Canadian Dollar
  7. New Zealand dollar vs. Dollar

Currency trading keeps all the currency traders in the market close to the frequently changing foreign market. Even when they are far away from their pc screens, they can use trading strategy just by setting forex alerts technical meter and on rates. They can also create reminders for all important events.

The process of currency trading takes place when traders jump into currency trading and they give away two way quotes. Normally, these quotes called are Fore Alerts so from the two way quotes one is the purchase rate and other one is sale price. Both prices are shown separated by putting a dash. The left handed price is the trader will purchase and the right handed is he will sell. Furthermore, the difference between the purchase and sale rate is known as the bid-ask spread. There is always a little variation in the purchase rate and the sale rate consequently the trade is always in same amounts of that having been purchased.
